Nathan Willett

A 7th-generation Missourian with the roots, the record, and the fire to fight for North Missouri in Washington.

His Story

Running Because Washington Is Failing You

Nathan Willett is running for Congress in Missouri's 6th Congressional District because he's tired of watching Washington fail the people who sent them there.

"Real Northwest Missouri. We pick. Not Washington."

A seventh-generation Missourian, Nathan was born and raised in Liberty, Missouri, in a family of educators, ranchers, and small business owners. The values his family instilled — hard work, faith, and service — shaped the conservative he is today. His grandfather's service in Korea taught him what it means to sacrifice for a country worth defending.

Nathan earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Missouri–Columbia in 2018, where he served as Student Body President — winning with the highest turnout in the school's 183-year history. He went on to earn a graduate degree from the University of Missouri–St. Louis in 2020.

Nathan built his career as a math teacher in Kansas City Public Schools and the Park Hill School District, where he sees every day what's at stake for the next generation of Missouri kids. He also serves as a Kansas City Scholars scholarship reviewer — giving back to the students who need it most.

In 2023, Nathan ran for the Kansas City Council's 1st District — the Northland — on a promise to fight for the Northland's fair share, back the blue, and stop the housing-cost burden of overreaching city regulations. He won with 63% of the vote. That's not a talking point — that's a proven track record of fighting and winning.

Nathan is a constitutional conservative. He believes in securing the border, defending family farms, protecting the unborn, the Second Amendment, unleashing American energy, and standing with President Trump every step of the way. He's running for Congress because North Missouri deserves a fighter in Washington — not a follower.
